The role maintains strict adherence to the OTC ecosystem and follows established procedures to meet business SLAs, supporting compliance with pricing and legal standards. Through diligent documentation and process execution, the Specialist I helps maintain high standards of contract management, supports audit readiness, and contributes to ongoing improvements in team workflows. This position plays an important role in ensuring operational accuracy, timely order processing, and effective communication within the department.
