Role overview We are looking for a highly motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our procurement team in a fast-paced and dynamic company. This position is based in Windhoek, Namibia . You will monitor our suppliers and ensure they meet the required quality standards. With a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive quality improvements and support our continued growth. If you have solid experience in quality assurance and quality control in electronics and PCBA manufacturing, a good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, and are eager to join an ambitious team, we would love to hear from you. Roles & Responsibilities Supplier quality assurance and control (including statistical process control SPC) Supporting supplier audits (mostly contract manufacturers/EMS) Nonconformity and CAPA handling Continuous improvements of our products and processes (Lean Six Sigma, DfX, etc.) Support in customer audits and quality questionnaire answering Support improving our QMS
