The Manager - Blue Yonder WMS IT Applications is responsible for scaling a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions. Solution Leadership & Architecture Act as a solution authority for Blue Yonder WMS across engagements. Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and integrations. Provide guidance on: Inbound, outbound, inventory, and wave planning processes Labor management and slotting optimization Warehouse automation integration (ASRS, robotics, conveyors) Ensure scalable, high-performance solution architectures. 3. Delivery Excellence Provide oversight across multiple WMS implementations and support programs. Ensure high-quality delivery, minimizing rework and defects through standardization. Partner with program managers to manage scope, risks, and dependencies. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and go-live readiness assessments. 4. Capability & Talent Development Build and grow a high-performing WMS competency team. Define skill development frameworks, certification paths, and training programs. Mentor architects, leads, and consultants on Blue Yonder WMS capabilities. Drive hiring strategy aligned to CoE growth objectives.
