Responsibilities

  • Strong Data Analysis Skills: The ability to extract the "why" behind the numbers to optimize campaign performance and drive better returns.
  • Proven Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of 4, creating an environment where high performance is the standard.
  • Capital Markets Intelligence: A deep understanding of the investment landscape and a psychological grasp of what motivates individuals to commit capital to a deal.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong background in digital marketing strategy with comprehensive knowledge of ad channels across both digital and physical mediums.
  • The "Find a Way" Mentality: A relentless problem-solving spirit and the ability to earn and keep trust from customers and internal stakeholders through every stage of a campaign.
  • This is a hybrid, Los Angeles-based role (3 days in-office in the Culver City area) requiring strong overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST) working hours to support team collaboration.
