Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer
Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites
Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires
Verify the employment eligibility of all new hires
Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience
Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions
Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed
Work collaboratively with other team members to actively source new development resources as needed based on requests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding
Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks
Ability to learn quickly on the job and work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs
High level of self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgency to get things done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Redmond, WA area
Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed

Pay Range:
Level 1: $27.00
