Education: A Bachelor's or Associate degree is preferred
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) SFDC (or similar CRMs), ERP systems, like SAP are highly preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)
Your primary goal is to support sales development and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll support our Regional Sales Managers by clearing the path to success through lead generation, strategic planning, and sales administration.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan: Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Dealer Partners to penetrate target accounts and develop 2-week call plans to ensure required calls are met.
Prospecting: Develop and launch inside sales campaigns, develop cold call lists; complete cold calls and pass along qualified leads.
Sales Calls: You'll check in with customers post sale at the 3, 6, and 12-month marks and schedule 40 Point Inspections for Regional Sales Managers.
CRM Management: Update and manage customer records. Generate customer quotes and convert project surveys into opportunities and formal quotes. Facilitate new account setup and complete missing po forms. Review performance reporting and take action to solve customer challenges.
The Customer Advocate: Partner with your Regional Sales Manager so you are a trusted contact for your territory. Provide order and inventory status when requested. Provide basic troubleshooting and triage repairs. Involve customer service and/or TSR as needed.
