As a member of our Supply Chain Policy Center of Excellence team, you will be strategic partner to Moog's Operating Group Supply Chain teams. In this role, you will report to the Central Supply Chain Policy Director and enjoy a collaborative work environment with a hybrid work structure. As our Supply Chain Process Manager, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for: Lead internal audit processes and support external government audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) to ensure Moog procurement processes meet the requirements of an approved Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR). Provide subject matter expertise and lead training to Operating Group Supply Chain Teams regarding US government (FAR/DFARS) procurement requirements; including those required to maintain an approved Purchasing System. This includes but is not limited to price/cost analysis, commerciality, negotiations and price reasonableness. Support the Central Supply Chain Excellence team to develop and deploy training for procurement staff regarding purchasing system requirements, tools, and policies. Support Supply Chain Compliance training and Communities of Practice. To be considered for this Supply Chain Process Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a relevant subject is required. 7+ years in procurement, specifically with U.S. Government contracting. Industry specific knowledge and experience of working with contractual requirements including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) as they pertain to procurement within an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP and procurement software. Proven capability in working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment. Excellent communication skills in the form of written, verbal and formal presentation.
