About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Lead Financial Analyst supporting our Clad Windows Business Growth team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive effective decision-making processes. - Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage closely with the Business Growth team and product managers to align financial objectives and support strategic business decisions. - Project Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases in support of strategic objectives, including new product development. - Continuous Improvement: Assess current financial processes and recommend improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You can expect to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus. - Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial analysis within retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries. - Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. - Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, with experience in analyzing manufacturing, retail, or direct-to-consumer business metrics such as cost structures, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition costs. - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration. - Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter, who proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
