- What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in SaaS, customer education, or learning technology
- 5+ years of experience in learning systems, enterprise platforms, or technical program leadership
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, leading global, cross-functional or matrixed teams
- Experience owning or contributing to complex system initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of learning technologies, including learning management systems, access rights, or workflows coordinated across systems
- Familiarity with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence both technical and business collaborators
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Adobe products or ecosystem a plus

Opportunity Adobe is seeking a leader to own the Learning Systems & Operations function for our Premium Learning Subscription (PLS) business. This role is responsible for building and running the systems ecosystem that enables high-quality learning experiences across digital, cohort-based, and instructor-led programs. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across platform architecture, systems program management, workforce planning, and LMS operations. You'll set direction, drive execution, and partner with Product and Development, Curriculum and Instructor teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
