Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will support high-quality, equitable services for students with disability by coordinating SEDS' quality systems and frameworks. You will lead audits, refine procedures, and help build a consistent, student-centred model across the University. What you will deliver: Coordinate development, maintenance and improvement of the SEDS Quality Framework, ensuring consistent updates across all service areas. Establish and run quality audit schedules, including preparation, data collection, record checks and documenting findings for review. Develop, update and organise SOPs, templates, guides and documentation to support clear, current and accessible processes. Work with team leads to embed AAP quality assurance, improving accuracy, compliance and consistency of student adjustments. Contribute to service improvement projects, documenting issues, mapping processes and co-designing practical, team-friendly quality solutions. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant qualification in quality, business, education, health or related field, or equivalent experience. Bring experience supporting quality frameworks, assurance systems or continuous improvement within complex service environments. Demonstrate capability coordinating quality audits, preparing documentation, reviewing records and assisting with clear, concise reporting. Create accurate process maps, SOPs, guides and templates that support consistent, student-focused practice. Understand case management or Academic Adjustment Plan processes, and apply this knowledge to support compliance and consistency.
