Main Responsibilities Handle and follow up on customer feedback, inquiries, and issues across multiple channels. Support the launch and monitoring of new services and products across countries. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports. Contribute to the creation of engaging content aligned with our commercial brands. Track and analyze user insights and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in web and digital audits to ensure quality and consistency across our online ecosystem. Profile & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Business (or related field). Strong interest in digital ecosystems and customer engagement. Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and SEO requirements. Fluent in English, Amharic and afaan oromo Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Creative, curious, and proactive - with a positive and collaborative attitude. Familiar with social media platforms and digital communication trends.
