Requirements
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Key job responsibilities
In this exciting role, you'll working closely with talented teams in Vendor Management, Operations and Tech to track and improve critical business inputs. You will act as the Business manager for Advantage, looking to improve performance for both the vendor and Amazon. Your analytical expertise and keen problem-solving skills will allow you to drive meaningful progress across a variety of high-impact areas:
- Own the discussions for Advantage vendor availability, supply chain inputs and financial outputs - you'll be the go-to expert, ensuring our operations are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and vendor teams to streamline processes, enhance vendor experience, and drive innovative initiatives.
- Partner with finance, BI, and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain robust metrics - your insights will uncover new business opportunities for growth and guide the overall trajectory of the program.
- Inform key stakeholders and provide recommendations to leadership on the Advantage business through your data-driven analysis.
