We operate across multiple eCommerce channels, including major marketplaces and our own direct‑to‑consumer Shopify storefront. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily and support over 1,000,000+ unique customers, including brands such as Marvel, Domino's, and Lululemon. We are a fast‑moving, execution‑driven organization that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Our Operations & Programs (O&P) team exists to make execution predictable, scalable, and low‑friction across the company. Reli. is headquartered in Cerritos, CA and operates on a hybrid schedule. In‑office collaboration days are Tuesday and Thursday. We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own delivery on cross-functional initiatives that span Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business teams. You'll be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into clear scope, keeping teams aligned, and shipping outcomes on time without drama.
