About the role
What will you be doing? You'll be responsible for ensuring EMC/EMI compliance within complex maritime (defence) projects. You will develop EMC strategies, perform analyses, provide technical guidance, and ensure all onboard systems function harmoniously - in line with applicable standards and customer specifications. You have a broad technical perspective and know how to ensure complex systems work seamlessly together. You enjoy working in dynamic project teams on technically challenging and socially meaningful projects. You bring: A completed HBO or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Maritime Technology, Naval architect with E Citizin of a NATO country Knowledge of or experience with EMC standards (such as MIL-STD-461 or Def Stan 59-411) within maritime industry Strong analytical skills and a structured approach Good communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders Willingness to work on-site Are you the expert who ensures electromagnetic interference is eliminated aboard naval vessels?
