As Key Account Manager, EMEA you will drive and develop wholesale business including growth plans, in close collaboration with International Key Accounts across our premium brand portfolio in Middle-East, India and France. You will be responsible for the day to day corporation with a selection of key customers and lead the execution of market plans supporting our brand strategies. By building joint business plans with key accounts, you will strengthen brand visibility and foster long-term, profitable partnerships, always with a win-win mindset and a sharp focus on our end-users and business in general. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT VITA BRANDS In this dynamic role, you will lead the expansion and sales agenda in Middle-East, India and France while driving initiatives to accelerate growth. Your work will help ensure VITA Brands stay at the cutting edge of the lifestyle and design industry by building strong, sustainable partnerships and delivering outstanding results across the EMEA region. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute Intl. sales strategies to achieve business growth in assigned markets. Market development: Seize full potential of our brands. Further develop Middle-east region with existing and new clients, launch Vita Brands in India 2026/27 and build a strategic plan to reignite selected Vita brands in key southern European markets and cities. Identify, qualify (budgets, targets) and onboard new distributors, agents, and partners in the regions. Account management: Manage existing clients and partners, ensuring strong business relationships and sustainable growth plans for assigned brands and regions. Conduct regular market visits to assess performance, provide support, and gather market intelligence. Revenue Growth: Drive sales to meet and exceed regional targets and profitability goals. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations including margin, payment terms, and forecast commitments. Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with customer service, logistics, product development, and marketing teams to meet customer needs and ensure market success + smooth operations. Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions and customer meetings.
