Responsibilities

  • Expertise and Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in demand/supply planning, IBP, or related roles, ideally in a consumer goods or multi-channel retail environment
  • Analytical Excellence: Strong skills in synthesizing data and providing actionable insights, with proficiency in tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to optimize planning in multi-channel environments while balancing short term priorities with long term goals
  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive Problem Solving: A detail oriented and innovative mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and collaboration
