Requirements

• Preferred Experience:
• Previous CAA/CRNA experience in Adult Anesthesiology or Adult Health Care experience a plus!
• Minimum Education:
• CAA: Master's of Science in Anesthesiology
• CRNA: Master's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Certification:
• Candidates can be either a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant or Certified Nurse Anesthetists
• Board eligible for certification are also encouraged to apply
• Licensure :
• Wisconsin licensure or eligible
• AHA BCLS and/or ACLS

Position Summary: The Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Anesthesia is seeking a Part-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CAA/CRNA). This position is located in Milwaukee, WI. This role will work with a medically directed team involving faculty anesthesiologists, anesthesiology fellows, residents, and advanced practice certified nurse anesthetists and CAAs. The successful candidate must possess the ability to provide high-quality anesthesia care to a complex patient population, working directly under the supervision of our Adult Anesthesiologists and as part of a team of highly trained and dedicated team of CAAs and certified nurse anesthetists.
