As we continue to grow our South African team, we are looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Cape Town office. This role offers the opportunity to become a key member of a growing international business, working closely with senior leadership and supporting colleagues across operations, finance and people functions. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination and correspondence. Prepare and format professional presentations, reports and documents for internal and external audiences. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. Coordinate and maintain office operations, including facilities, suppliers, office equipment, meeting rooms and general administration. Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, including interview scheduling, employee records and people initiatives. Assist with finance administration, including invoices, purchase orders, expenses and supplier management. Manage company assets and coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries and visitor logistics. Coordinate team meetings, events and office activities, ensuring all arrangements are delivered efficiently. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Work collaboratively across operations, finance and people functions to support the continued growth of the South African business. 3-5+ years' experience in an office administration, office management, executive assistant or similar support role, ideally within a professional services, consulting, financial services or corporate environment. Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Proven experience coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries. High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail when handling confidential information. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting HR, finance and operational activities is advantageous. A relevant qualification in office management, business administration or a related field is desirable. Native or fluent English is essential. Additional European languages including French, German, Spanish or Italian would be highly advantageous given the level of collaboration across our international offices.
