10+ years of hands-on experience with Progress ABL / OpenEdge technologies (e.g., AppServer, WebSpeed, PAS for OpenEdge)
Experience working with Progress Character UI (ChUI) in Unix/Linux environments
Experience working in XML and JSON processing in conjunction with REST APIs
Familiarity with source control systems such as Git
Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint
Solid understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management practices
Strong adherence to development standards and industry best practices
Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with a keen interest in improving engineering efficiency
Experience with Visual Studio Code will be an advantage
