As a Principal Associate of Workforce Planning, you will support implementation of Capital One Mexico workforce strategies by analyzing trends and forecasting talent needs, to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time to support our goals and strategic objectives You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the business.
