Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus. Howden also offers a variety of benefits and programs, subject to eligibility, including:

What is the role?
Howden Private Capital is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of Howden Private Capital. This role operates as a true business partner, driving prioritization, coordination, and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The EA will serve as a key liaison across senior leadership, clients, and investors while ensuring seamless daily operations.
What will you be doing?
Executive Partnership & Strategic Support:
- Act as an extension of the President
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities
- Prepare briefings and follow-ups
Calendar & Meetings:
- Own complex calendar management
- Coordinate senior-level meetings
Travel & Logistics:
- Manage domestic/international travel
- Build detailed itineraries
Communication & Stakeholders:
- Manage communications and act as gatekeeper
- Maintain key relationships
Operations:
- Partner with EA/Operations teams
- Support projects and events
