Job overview: The ServiceNow Portal / Front-End Developer is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing responsive, user‑friendly Service Portal experiences within the ServiceNow platform. This role works closely with UX/UI designers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to develop portals, custom widgets, and reusable components that meet functional and accessibility requirements. Here's what you need: Hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within Service Portal Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and/or other modern web technologies Understanding of web development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, version control) Experience with grids, frameworks, and cross‑browser testing Bonus points if you have: ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, Implementation Specialist, Service Portal Fundamentals, etc.) Eligibility requirements: US Citizen Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance as required #clearancejobs As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
