Completion of documentation relating to disposal of assets including invoicing of the purchaser of equipment/fleet assets sold.
Maintenance of invoice tracker
Initiate request for customer account creation to support the asset disposal process.
Assist in processing of bank receipts from fleet/asset disposal.
Maintenance of asset disposal records in SharePoint.
Respond to and resolve queries relating to equipment/fleet assets disposal
Create journals via prescribed journal templates.
Submit created journals for posting.
Assist with internal & external audits.
Work within the agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement.
Undertake other ad-hoc projects / analysis as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
Experienced operational/support role requiring detailed knowledge of business processes.
Performs semi-routine tasks through the application of established knowledge and procedures , with potential guidance to junior staff.
Requires 1-3 years of relevant job-related experience and technical/vocational training.
