Perform one or more functions on the assembly lines including but not limited to:
Final packaging or labeling of products
Kitting and issuing components to Work Orders
Proofing labels to ensure accuracy
Stocking Finished Goods shelves
Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion
Operate general production equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.)
Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper safety gear at all times while on the manufacturing or warehouse floor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry level - no previous manufacturing or other experience is required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for minimum of 8 hours
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs individually or up to 65 pounds as part of a team lift.
Requires frequent object handling
Requires frequent fine hand coordination.
Requires frequent simple hand grasping.
Requires frequent firm hand grasping.
Requirement of 20/25 vision (with or without corrective lenses).

Your Role At Baxter
Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for manufacturing, assembly and/or packaging of medical device products. Manufacturing Technicians will be trained to follow standard operating procedures, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply to the specific job. Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be followed during the manufacturing of our medical devices and associated device documentation. Equipment used by the Manufacturing Technician will depend on the specific job. Must be able to read, write English and perform basic math skills as job duties require. Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. May occasionally require work in a clean room environment wearing special garments
