Position Summary In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, The Clinical Practice Specialist contributes professional and clinical nursing expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care to specific patient populations within the Valley Health System. The role of the Clinical Practice Specialist advances the profession of nursing and encompasses: Expert clinical practice Expert guidance and coaching of patients and families and other healthcare providers Consultation/Collaboration Research and Evidence Based Practice (EBP) Leadership (clinical, professional, and systems) * The Clinical Practice Specialist Works with staff to influence, guide, direct and develop clinical and professional nursing skills.
