About the role
Enter and maintain accurate master data in SAP, including validating and loading BOM, Routing, Inventory, and related materials. Investigate issues related to multi-level BOMs. Support cost accounting activities by providing cost per hour reporting, cost-reduction tracking, excess and obsolete component analysis, and troubleshooting work order cost variances. Provide data analysis and metrics tracking support as required. Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila. About You : Minimum 2-year degree required; 4-year degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related analytical field preferred. Indispensable: Experience and strong knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly). Ability to read and understand technical and electronics terminology. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse skill levels. Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to gather, track, and validate information with exceptional accuracy. Understands when to ask questions before acting and demonstrates curiosity in identifying root causes. Absolute proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and macros) and Word. Ability to learn and utilize SAP and become an expert in systems tied to the role. Able and willing to justify conclusions with data-driven evidence and challenge inconsistencies. Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Extreme attention to detail, especially when evaluating master data changes to avoid unintended consequences. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multi-level BOMs and cost accounting. Willing to perform detailed data entry and maintenance. Knowledge of SQL or database/reporting tools is a plus.
