Assists Project Architect in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using computer assisted design software and equipment.
Assists in the preparation and production of presentation materials, models and material boards.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, reports, and supporting materials.
Support the coordination of design information with internal disciplines and external consultants.
Participate in construction‑phase activities, including assisting with on‑site observations and documenting field conditions under supervision.
Communicate clearly and professionally with project team members and, as appropriate, external stakeholders.
Participates in firm-wide quality initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 1-2+ years related experience.
Able to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
LEED accreditation preferred
Must enjoy collaborating with a design team
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other technical design software.
Proficient with additional architectural or visualization software, (Rhinoceros, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a collaborative, fast‑paced work environment

$57,800 - $72,200 USD
