Your Role & Team As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the experience for SolarWinds Observability - Logs, simplifying massive data volumes into actionable interfaces. You'll be an integral part of a global design community of 18 professionals. Global Reach: Work with colleagues from Florida and Austin to Bangalore and Uruguay. 🌎 Local Hub: In Brno, join a group of 4 UX Designers, a PO, and a Researcher. In Kraków, we have our local UX pioneer. 🤝 Collaboration: We stay connected through bi-weekly global syncs to share progress and maintain alignment. What's in it for You? Your Experience 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS or data-intensive applications. 📈 Strong portfolio showcasing log analysis, data visualization, or workflow-driven designs. Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking. 🎨 Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and filtering mechanisms. Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration. Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders. Preference Experience designing for log management, observability, or developer tools. Familiarity with incident response workflows and troubleshooting dashboards.
