As a Retail Assistant Channel Manager , you will support Logitech's online retail business with designated key e-commerce accounts in Taiwan.
This role focuses on hands-on execution across major online marketplaces and brand-owned e-commerce channels. You will support SO growth, promotion planning, retail media coordination, and digital shelf execution to ensure strong commercial performance in competitive online environments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product launches, campaigns, and operational execution. The role requires strong ownership, execution discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Support designated online accounts in achieving ST and SO targets and key series targets
Execute platform-level promotions, campaign planning, and visibility initiatives
Support retail media planning and monitor performance to improve ROI
Ensure digital shelf excellence, including product content accuracy, placement, and campaign readiness
Coordinate with Marketing, GTM, and Distribution teams to align launches and promotional execution
Track trade spending and media investment performance, supporting post-campaign evaluation
Analyze ST & SO performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to support business reviews
Identify operational improvements to enhance overall online channel performance
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or account support
Hands-on experience operating major e-commerce marketplaces and brand-owned online stores
Basic understanding of promotion mechanics, retail media, and digital shelf management
Strong analytical capability and comfort working with sales and performance data
Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Interest in consumer electronics / 3C accessories or gaming products is a plusomers.
