As a Site Coordinator, you will be directing the installation, modification, and/or repair of related work on our project sites in a supervisory capacity. Responsibilities This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising work and subcontractors on field project sites Works with considerable independence but reports to project field leadership Understands the importance of completing the work in accordance with contract documents and building codes Plans work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the installation and repairs Supervises, inspects and keeps records of the completion of the punch list Recruits and trains skilled trades helper personnel Establishes safety and work performance standards Manages material and delivery handling plans with team and subcontractors Orders and updates jobsite supplies as needed Coordinates site cleanup Completes miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned.
