Full Time Lead Cook - Marriott Colorado Springs

About the role

As a Lead Cook, you are one of the most important people on the kitchen floor. You will be responsible for maintaining, setting up, and executing food production and quality control across a range of stations including broiler, saute, grill, and others as needed. You will supervise and assist your fellow kitchen team members during service, help prepare for banquets and special functions, and uphold the food quality and sanitation standards that define the Marriott Colorado Springs culinary experience. This is not a role where you stay in your lane and clock out. This is a role where you lead by example, step into wherever the kitchen needs you, coach your team in real time, and take personal accountability for the quality that comes out of this kitchen every single shift. You will work across the restaurant, room service, banquets, and the employee cafeteria as needed, and you will bring the same level of care and professionalism to every outlet.
