What makes you a strong fit
6+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution engineering, system integration, or similar roles.
Proven expertise designing complex, scalable technical architectures in CPaaS/SaaS environments.
Experience with Voice products is highly valued.
Strong background in Telecommunications, APIs, messaging, or customer engagement platforms.
Advanced experience configuring and integrating solutions via REST APIs, SFTP, and other integration patterns.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex opportunities end‑to‑end with autonomy.
