Requirements
Three - five years' relevant experience.
Experience with s ocial development programs such as ( WASH , health, economic empowerment, child development, child protection, income generation , disaster response and management, community mobilization, youth and education) is required.

Additional Information
This intermediate specialist will provide subject matter expertise regarding the design and implementation of various Complementary Interventions (CIV) projects in Malawi, working with National Office staff and Frontline Church Partners (FCPs). The specialist will manage the projects, helping FCPs identify community and FCP needs that are critical to holistic child development. Depending on the local church partners and National Office needs, these interventions may include construction of WaSH facilities, classrooms, disaster response, income generation, parental education etc. He/she will assess the needs, support FCPs in writing proposals for funding, support FCPs to implement the project(s), and report on each project's progress and use of funds.
PLEASE NOTE: This position will be based at the National Office in Lilongwe, in Malawi. Only citizens of Malawi will be considered for this role.
