Deliver flight simulator and classroom instruction to Airbus pilots, supporting initial, recurrent and upgrade training
Conduct flight checks, assessments and evaluations in line with NZCAA Part 121 standards
Contribute to training program development to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
Maintain training records and ensure accuracy in performance reporting
Collaborate with operational and training teams to uphold Air New Zealand's high standards of safety and performance
Provide coaching and mentorship to pilots, fostering a learning culture built on excellence and support.
Requirements
Eligibility to live and work permanently in New Zealand at the time of applying (NZ Citizen, NZ Permanent Resident, or Australian Citizen)
NZCAA CPL or ATPL
Airbus family operational experience
Current or eligible to hold a NZCAA Part 121 Flight Examiner approval
Current A320 type rating
Instructional experience in an airline environment
Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
1500 hours pilot-in-command of a Part 121 aircraft
750 hours pilot-in-command multi-engine.
