The elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, to trying on and the selection. It is necessary to adhere to a service of sales, which renders our store experience unique and which demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection all the way to the final presentation. Managing the working environment not only includes the appearance in the boutique, the relationship with the customers and conducting sales transactions, but also provides for looking after visual displays: within the store as well as the window displays, both for daily placements and for periodical dressings and amendments.
