Ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality customer service for students and families. Oversight of housing contracts, room assignments, and residential technology systems (i.e StarRez). Develop and implement policies and procedures related to housing administration and student conduct within residential communities. Develop and manage departmental operating budgets. Monitor housing revenue, occupancy trends, and financial performance. Residential Life & Student Experience - 20% Supervise residential life programs that foster student engagement, leadership development, and community building. Ensure implementation of educational programming and student support initiatives within residence halls. Collaborate with Student Affairs, Athletics, campus safety, and academic departments to support student well-being and crisis intervention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in housing or residential life management, with at least five (5) years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Doctoral degree in higher education administration, business administration, or a related field with six (6) years of experience in housing or residential life management, with at least five (5) years of experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, crisis response, and staff supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other depart
