Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive property management experience, with accountability for team leadership and end‑to‑end people management
  • Demonstrated experience in a highly analytical or operations‑focused role within property management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, reporting; Power Query a plus)
  • Experience with Yardi required; Power BI strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage data, build reporting, and drive process improvements at scale
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
  • WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting deadlines and business needs.
  • Ability to work Mondays through Fridays in-person office out of our Fremont or Irvine office.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods with minimal physical exertion required.
  • No travel required; work is primarily office-based.
