Partner with leaders to deliver HR programs across performance, talent, engagement, and culture.
Support succession planning, high‑potential development, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with L&D and HR COEs to deliver leadership development and DEI initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and support change‑management activities.
Coach managers on people practices, policies, and employee relations.
Use HR metrics (hiring, turnover, engagement) to identify trends and recommend actions.
Build trusted relationships across teams and ensure consistent HR program delivery.
What You Bring
Master's degree with 6-8 years of HRBP experience (total HR experience 10+ years).
Experience in tech or semiconductor environment preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high ownership.
Strong business acumen, data-driven thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
Collaborative, proactive, and high‑integrity HR professional.
