Strategic Planning & Program Management Lead - South Asia

About the role

Lead end-to-end strategic planning and enterprise program execution for ISC OU, ensuring alignment between ambition, priorities, and delivery. The role drives execution discipline, cross-functional alignment, and operating model effectiveness to deliver superior business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles for ISC OU
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive governance and execution of enterprise-wide strategic programs and initiatives
• Enable cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, and HBS
• Ensure execution discipline through structured tracking, risk management, and escalation
• Drive operating model effectiveness through workflow optimization and simplification
• Success Measures (Targeted Outcomes)
• Clear, aligned, and executable ISC OU strategic plan
• Consistent on-time delivery of enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
• Improved decision velocity and cross-functional execution effectiveness
• Measurable productivity gains and operating model improvements

• Basic Qualification
• 12-18 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or program management roles
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable and executable plans
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels
• Analytical, structured problem-solving approach with high execution rigor
• MBA / Masters in relevant field from Institute of eminence.
