Job Description: Purpose summary: This position will provide general support to various services in the Community and Family Services setting of a Ministry Unit. KEY Accountabilities: The incumbent may perform all, some, or similar range of duties: - As directed, support pre-planned program activities for the community (food bank, crafts, sports, games, music, homework stations, Bible-based devotions, community church, meetings etc.) - Work in a team setting supporting various tasks and activities. - Provide general administrative support greeting visitors, supporting reception, forwarding visitors, etc. - Provide general assistance during public relations events and regular campaigns. - Maintain strict confidentially of all matters pertaining to the program participants. - Adhere to policies and procedures relating to the programs. - Perform other work-related duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS: - The incumbent's work environment is typically in an office environment. - May be required to move/lift up to 30 pounds. Education, Qualifications and Certifications: - Completion of some high school course work is required. - CPR, First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Training or willingness to complete once hired.
