In this role, you will play a key part in Epic go-lives and ongoing clinic support , helping ensure our systems run smoothly while improving access and workflows for care teams. The Epic Cadence Analyst partners closely with operational and clinical teams to coordinate, review, analyze, and maintain Epic applications. Responsibilities include gathering system specifications, configuration, testing, modification, activation, and ongoing system support. This role collaborates with end users across the organization-including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, Patient Accounts, and HIM-to understand current workflows, define system requirements, collect and analyze data, identify issues, and drive opportunities for process improvement. This is a hybrid position , with onsite presence required during Epic go-live events to support clinic teams across South Bay.
