Asset Management Professional, Guarantor Risk & External Relations

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will:
• Vigilantly monitor portfolio performance through detailed reviews of delinquency reports, maturing loan data, and other vital sources.
• Offer astute analysis of trends, whether at the individual property level or across the global portfolio.
• Conduct thorough assessments of loan-level risk by analyzing operating statements, rent rolls, and servicer property inspections.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive reports related to property performance.
• Scrutinize monthly statements to ensure guarantor payments are accurate.
• Engage in special projects that challenge and expand your expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the real estate, banking, or finance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate property fundamentals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including creating macros, tables, and charts.
• Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

• This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $140,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range
