ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned. Assist Lead Instructors with technical instruction, including classroom presentations and hands-on training for customers on various vehicle platforms. Assist with curriculum updates and course preparation activities by providing technical input and vehicle knowledge. Participate in course content reviews, pilot courses, and training preparation activities. Assist with gathering and communicating customer feedback regarding course content and vehicle support. Support updates to training materials by providing technical and procedural change information to maintain course material accuracy and current iterations. Prepare training equipment, vehicles, and classroom materials as needed to support course delivery.
