This is a remote-first role where storytelling meets technical execution, and attention to detail is everything. 🔧 What You'll Do Edit full-length episodes for pacing, flow, clarity, and quality Improve audio with EQ, noise reduction, and sound design techniques Handle color correction and visual cleanup for video podcast recordings Collaborate with producers and hosts to refine narrative structure Organize files and workflows using tools like Pro Tools, Adobe Suite, or DaVinci Resolve Prepare and publish final assets across platforms with proper metadata ✅ What You Bring 2-4 years of experience editing long-form podcast content (audio and video) A portfolio of professional B2B or interview-style podcast work Mastery of post-production tools for both audio and video Strong understanding of pacing, tone, and formatting for business audiences Comfort working with feedback and collaborating across time zones Availability during U.S. business hours 🌟 Bonus Points Background in B2B media or technical subject matter Familiarity with podcast SEO, metadata, and publishing tools Experience optimizing content for Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts Editorial instincts and passion for making smart content more engaging We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.
