Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Powder Coater is responsible for the complete main powder coating process. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following Movement of sandblasted parts into the paint booth. Removal of any debris from parts with an air hose. Coating parts using approved procedures per specifications. Ensuring strict quality standards are met. Maintaining/cleaning of equipment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment. Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers) Self-motivated and respond timely to production requirements Must be detail oriented. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests. Ability to speak English fluently. Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy. Summary of Experience and Education High school Diploma or GED. Must have 2-5 years powder coating experience
