Process and monitor orders with approved suppliers.
Investigate and resolve supply-related queries.
Liaise professionally with hospital departments and external suppliers.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management activities.
Support the Supply team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of supply processes and systems.
Provide cross-cover across different supply areas as required .

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Suppl ies Co- ordinator to join our busy Hospital Supplies team within a private h ealthcare environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working collaboratively, and developing new skills. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of stock and supplies across multiple hospital departments, helping ensure clinical teams have the products they need to deliver excellent patient care.
The role will initially focus on supporting key departments with stock management, ordering , and supply-related queries, while providing administrative support for the Supply team.
