- Strong understanding of how brand storytelling translates into digital setups that drive both user engagement and commercial performance.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user psychology.
- Familiarity with diverse digital campaign assets (talent/collabs, lifestyle, category, product) and how they function across the awareness-to-conversion funnel.
- Advanced proficiency working within, and intelligently iterating on, complex component-based design systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills-you talk business metrics just as well as user flows.
- A pragmatic, fast-moving mindset: you know exactly when to innovate and when to execute efficiently to meet deadlines.
