Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION (TRF 430), PLANNING DEPARTMENT (TRF 400) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Develop performance standards, assign, review work based on priorities and individuals' expertise/skills, identify training needs, improve business practices by identifying and implementing changes to improve production/quality or eliminate non-value-added work; collaborate/negotiate/coordinate with other division heads; approve significant expenses. Experience with Integrated Logistics Support and Maintenance program management and hull, mechanical and electrical/electronic planning as they relate to submarine refit/repairs/schedules/operating programs. Experience with Automated Data processing and its application to the management systems involved in the planning and implementing of TRIDENT industrial maintenance programs LDS, MSS, 3M, ARRS, alterations/configurations.
