Experience in the Service Industry
Experience managing a P&L with distinct KPIs.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Manage compliance and proper training processes are deployed in each branch.
Proven ability to engage people and generate sales and profits in multiple branch locations

Job Summary:
As Greenix grows, we are looking for an Area Manager (AM) to oversee our operations in the New England area (specifically in Manchester, NH and central Massachusetts). The AM ensures all operational practices, budgets, and sales goals are achieved. They train and cultivate strong teams of Branch and/or Service Managers in order to train and cultivate strong teams of Service Professionals. The AM is expected to guarantee that all company practices and policies are understood and upheld at the branch level. The ultimate goal for the AM is to coordinate the efforts of the branches. As an AM you will be responsible for hiring, inspiring, and motivating the management team. The AM focuses on encouraging teamwork and is committed to the company's mission. The AM is responsible for empowering and encouraging their management team to grow effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coach, motivate, and develop Branch Managers, Service Managers, and Service Professionals.
Travel for Field Conferences, Employee Events, or other activities as needed, up to 20%. Attend and participate in all meetings
Direct headcount and staffing needs in their area.
Ensure compliance to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Verify completion of daily/weekly activities, such as:
Monday morning sheet completion
Vehicle inspections
Timecard and Payroll approvals
Scheduling
Inventory completion / order delivery
Verify service completions
Review KPI with branch managers daily
Complete Field and Branch Evaluations
Ensure systems are complete and up to date, including Fleetio, PestRoutes, Workday
Audit Cancellation and Reservice reports.
Audit Service tickets from Service Professionals.
Deliver regular reporting to the DM regarding area performance and develop goals to assure area success.
