We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value pump projects within our new business portfolio. You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle - from bid handover through design, manufacturing, and final delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
- Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design engineering, production, procurement, and quality
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environments
- Strong knowledge of complex mechanical equipment, ideally pumps or rotating equipment
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-value, technically complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and contract management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) desirable
